Work with one of Bodyline's hand-selected trainers through isometric exercises developed to simultaneously stretch, strengthen, tone and align the body while eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. Our certified trainers will guide you through Pilates paces to develop body uniformity, improve posture, lengthen and stretch musculature, restore and increase physical vitality, stimulate the mind and elevate the spirit.

Reformer classes are designed to offer a challenging workout for experienced clients in a group setting. The classes are based on the classic Pilates exercises and will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. Classes are 50 minutes long and are conducted entirely on the reformer. Classes are led by certified instructors and limited in size to seven.
Our Pilates Reformer Pro Classes are designed for the Professional Pilates trainers. This group class is an intensive non-stop workout which goes through advanced exercises with a continous flow. Classes are 55 minutes and are conducted entirely on the reformer. Classes are led by Maria Leone and are limited in size to 7, creating a semi-private environment. Must be Certified Pilates Instructors.
Pilates at the Barre classes offer the intensity of Mat Pilates and the burn of a Barre workout fused into one. Pilates at the Barre workout includes a Mat warm up, lots of repetitions with light hand weights, along with stretching and strengthening at the ballet Barre. This high energy classes will target and tone your arms, glutes and thighs. Classes are 50 minutes long and are led by certified instructors.
Zumba Fitness is a high intense party from the time the music starts. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™. Our classes are lead by certified Zumba instructors that make the 55-minute workout fun and exciting. Don't worry about knowing how to dance, this class is based on keeping the body moving to burn up to 600 calories and getting you toned.
