Yes. We offer one-on-one private Pilates sessions and semi-private training in our Beverly Hills studio. Private sessions provide individualized programming, hands-on guidance, and a personalized approach to help you reach your goals.

Many portions of the Balanced Body certification program can be completed online or through digital learning. Some coursework and training requirements must be completed in person. Contact us to discuss the best pathway for your schedule and goals

Yes, many clients continue practicing Pilates during pregnancy. Pilates can help support strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness throughout pregnancy. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before beginning or continuing any exercise program and informing your instructor about your pregnancy so appropriate modifications can be made.
