─── CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT
Three ways to begin.
Not sure which is right for you? Beginners and clients with injuries or specific goals are best served by starting with a private session or Pilates foundation group class. Comfortable on a reformer already? Jump into a Level 1–2 group class. Want to train with a friend? Try a semi-private.
OPTION 01 • RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS
Private Training • from $135
One-on-one with a certified instructor. The fastest, most personalized way to learn the method, address injuries, and build a foundation that translates into every future class.
OPTION 02 • TRAIN WITH A PARTNER
Semi-Private • from $75 each
Two clients, one instructor, shared programming. A focused way to learn alongside a friend, partner, or family member at a more accessible price point than a private.
OPTION 03 • ALREADY COMFORTABLE ON A REFORMER
Reformer 1-2 Group Class
Beginner-friendly small group reformer classes that introduce foundational exercises, alignment, and movement principles in a supportive environment.
NEW TO BODYLINE, NOT TO PILATES?
Jump into Level 3-5 or All Level.
If you have prior Pilates experience and feel comfortable on the reformer, you're welcome to join our Level 3–5 or All Level group classes. These are designed for clients who understand Pilates fundamentals and can move at a steady pace with fewer modifications. See the full breakdown in our class catalog.
