The Bodyline Method® provides instructors with a deeper framework for movement analysis, programming, cueing, and class design through workshops, educational intensives, and continuing education. Bridge education and real teaching.

The Bodyline Mentorship pathway is designed for teachers in training, newly certified instructors, and early-career Pilates professionals seeking guided support as they develop confidence, observation skills, programming, and real-world teaching experience.


Apprenticeship Program

Hands-on observation and guided teaching development for instructors in training and newly certified teachers. Real-world studio experience through observation, discussion, movement analysis, and supported teaching application.

Hot Seat

Live, intimate coaching sessions where instructors workshop real teaching challenges with Maria — programming, cueing, client cases, and class design refined in real time.

PATHWAY 02 • IMMERSIONS

Live workshops for real-world teaching.

Immersions are live continuing education workshops designed for Pilates instructors seeking deeper study through movement analysis, programming, assessment, cueing, and hands-on learning. Participants earn 12 NPCP Continuing Education Credits (CECs) with each workshop.

TWO-DAY HYBRID WORKSHOP
