The Bodyline Method® continuing education pathway is built through two distinct workshop experiences: Bodyline Method and Bodyline Lens. While both share core principles rooted in classical Pilates and modern movement science, each offers a unique teaching focus.
Apprenticeship
Hands-on observation and guided teaching development designed for instructors in training and newly certified teachers. Participants gain real-world studio experience through observation, discussion, movement analysis, and supported teaching application.
lHot Seat
Focused assessment sessions designed to strengthen observation, programming, cueing, and teaching clarity through direct feedback and collaborative discussion. Participants work through real teaching scenarios and movement challenges in an interactive setting.
