Balanced Body® Pilates Apparatus Teacher Training.

Expand your teaching beyond the Reformer with Balanced Body® Pilates Apparatus Teacher Training at Bodyline Pilates. These specialty modules develop the knowledge and confidence to teach a variety of Pilates apparatus, including the Trapeze Table (Cadillac), Tower, Chair, and Barrels. Each module combines repertoire, equipment setup, safety, sequencing, programming, and practical teaching applications to help instructors work effectively with clients of all levels.

Complete one module or both. Each specialty course builds your confidence teaching additional Pilates apparatus while expanding your repertoire, programming skills, and movement expertise.

Trapeze Table (Cadillac) & Tower

Master the Trapeze Table (Cadillac) and Tower through repertoire, equipment setup, safety, sequencing, and programming.

Chair & Barrels

Learn Chair and Barrel repertoire, programming, safety, and teaching applications.

Complete individual apparatus modules or combine them as part of your Balanced Body® Pilates instructor education. Each course builds practical teaching skills and expands your ability to work confidently with a wide variety of clients.
