The Bodyline Lens

Bodyline® Lens is a continuing education workshop for certified Pilates instructors focused on movement analysis, intelligent class design, and training the instructor’s eye. Through observation, teaching drills, and applied movement study, instructors learn how to analyze movement more deeply, build balanced sessions, and adapt the work for real bodies with greater clarity and confidence.

How the Workshops Are Structured

Two Day Hybrid Workshop
16 total training hours(12hrs in person + 4hrs digital)

This hybrid structure allows instructors to deepen their understanding through both hands-on experience and flexible, self-paced learning.

In-Person Workshops

In-person Bodyline Method workshops are offered in select cities and hosted at partner studios worldwide. These advanced Pilates workshops provide hands-on training through live teaching, observation, guided practice, and real-time feedback, allowing instructors to deepen their understanding, refine cueing, and apply the Bodyline Method with confidence.

On-Demand Continuing Education

On-demand workshops offer flexible access to focused topics, allowing instructors to continue their education through Pilates continuing education for instructors at their own pace while maintaining the integrity and principles of the method.
