Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or new to Bodyline®, we’re here to guide you. This page will help you choose the best place to begin based on your experience, goals, and comfort level.

How to Get Started

We offer two beginner-friendly ways to start at Bodyline if you’re new to Pilates.

First-Time Private Session

A one-on-one session with a certified instructor focused entirely on you. This session introduces you to the Pilates method, helps us understand your body and goals, and sets you up for success in future classes.

Pilates Level 1-2 Group
Classes

Our Pilates level 1–2 classes are designed specifically for beginners. These small group reformer classes introduce foundational exercises, alignment, and movement principles in a supportive environment.

New to Bodyline, Not New to Pilates

If you have prior Pilates experience and feel comfortable working on the reformer, you’re welcome to join our Level 3-5 or All Level group classes. These classes are designed for clients who understand Pilates fundamentals and can move at a steady pace with fewer modifications.
