We offer two beginner-friendly ways to start at Bodyline. Choose the option that feels right for you.
First-Time Private Session
A one-on-one session with a certified instructor focused entirely on you. This session introduces you to the Pilates method, helps us understand your body and goals, and sets you up for success in future classes.
Ideal for those brand-new to Pilates

Pilates Level 1-2 Group
Classes
Our Pilates level 1–2 classes are designed specifically for beginners. These small group reformer classes introduce foundational exercises, alignment, and movement principles in a supportive environment.
