Group Classes
Our group classes are thoughtfully designed to support all levels, from beginners new to the reformer to advanced movers and Pilates professionals. Classes are offered both in studio in Beverly Hills and virtually, with in studio sessions live streamed so clients can join from home or in person while receiving the same guided instruction.
Reformer Group Classes
Levels range from beginner through professional.
Reformer group classes are organized by level to support proper progression, safety, and an individualized experience. Whether you are building a foundation, advancing your practice, or refining professional level repertoire, each class is designed to meet you where you are.
New to reformer Pilates? We recommend starting with Reformer Level 1–2.
Reformer All Levels
A full body reformer class with a traditional Pilates emphasis. Exercises are layered with options and modifications, making this class appropriate for a wide range of experience levels.
Format: In-Studio or Virtual
Prerequisites: None.
Reformer Level 1-2
A full body fundamental Pilates workout focused on learning the basic Pilates principles including breathing, balance, muscle development, and technique. Ideal for beginners, those new to Pilates, or clients returning from injury. This is the recommended starting point for students new to reformer Pilates.
Format: In-Studio or Virtual
Prerequisites: None
Reformer Level 3-5
An advanced/intermediate faster paced, full body reformer class that incorporates more challenging exercises, transitions, and equipment. Clients should have a strong understanding of Pilates fundamentals.
Format: In-Studio or Virtual
Prerequisites: Must have completed Level 1–2 classes or instructor approval.
Strength & Power Reformer
Pilates inspired circuit class to build heat and strength. We will use jump-board, infinity bars, and assorted props to sculpt. This all levels class focuses on building cardiovascular strength and endurance. Modifications will be given to those who need it.
Format: In-Studio or Virtual
Mindful Reformer
A mixture of classical Pilates exercises tied together with yogic movement. This class challenges the body in a holistic approach with a deep focus on correct alignment to improve posture. This class also incorporates a more emphasis on breathwork, stretching, and finishes with a deep relaxation of the body and mind.
*Modifications will be given for those with injuries*
Sound & Stretch Reformer
This deep stretch pilates class is designed to help you improve flexibility and mobility. We utilize the reformer to move deeply into postures, helping to release tension, increase blood flow, improve posture, and decrease pain. This class incorporates sound healing and meditation to promote relaxation and reduce stress.
Jump Board Reformer Intermediate/Advanced
A dynamic pilates reformer class that introduces cardiovascular training through the jump board while challenging stability, coordination, and core strength.
Format: In-Studio or Virtual
Prerequisites: Intermediate level experience recommended
Pro Class Reformer
Bodyline offers advanced Pilates reformer repertoire in an intimate small group setting for experienced movers. This class is designed for Pilates professionals and advanced clients looking to maintain, refine, and challenge their practice.
*Class recordings are provided so participants can review their own session.

Prerequisites: Instructor approval may be required
